Hi Sarah, it’s Dani. I am hoping you remember me. I have been wanting to write you and let you know what is going on. You have totally jump-started my life!!! I have lost 35 pounds, I am back to running and exercising and feeling so much better. I totally incorporate many of the things you taught me into my daily life.
I would love to make an appointment and come see you and just check in. Not just to catch up, but also to have you assess where I am right now, and maybe give me some pointers and advice for following in your footsteps and learning from you.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help today. You truly are an amazing person! I thought I saw you on my massage schedule…but now I don’t. Make sure you get yourself on there! I put myself in for a foot bath on Monday after my massage.
